Welcome to Narnia!

My family LOVES The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. In fact, my husband just finished reading The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe out loud for probably the 5th time, for the benefit of the younger ones who have not heard the book yet. Since one of the main characters names is Lucy, it seems only fitting that our litter theme is a Narnian one. There are a plethora of boy names in Narnia

and girl names are few so we had to reach into some of the other books in the series for the girls. But I hope you recognize most of them :)

And so here they are in birth order:

The puppies are doing so well and they are so sweet and precious. I wish you could all be here to experience these first few days. It reminds me of the precious first days with a squishy newborn. The soft, floppy body; the sweet smells; the precious grunting noises. Lucy would have something to say about it however. She has been completely fine with any member of our family in the box holding puppies. But yesterday we allowed a few neighbors in to take a peek and Lucy was on guard! She paced the box with some warning woofs as they merely looked inside, no petting allowed. Then she escorted both boys out of the house with me just to make sure they were really leaving. It was comical. No intruders allowed!

We are now accepting deposits to hold a puppy. As always, please let me know if you have any questions!
